  • Defining the suitable work team to discuss and search the customer’s requirements as well as their present and future needs regarding management, technical and financial aspects and others.
  • Preparing the basic structure of specifications to be integrated in the required software design.
  • Run a presentation to the customer to discuss the proposed structure and modify it by addition or deletion until a complete agreement is reached on the software’s inputs and outputs in general to ensure its alignment with the customer’s needs.
  • Defining the schedule of software implementation in light of the agreed requirements of the customer.
  • Testing the software and following up on its performance in cooperation with the customer’s representatives. Further, perform the modifications which may arise during the initial operating of the software.
  • Approving the software after verification of its outputs, transferring all information from the old software (if available) and comparing their results to ensure transfer process correctness and accuracy.
  • Providing the necessary training for the software users and preparing user manuals if needed.
  • Installing the software and starting its actual operation along while maintaining contact with the customer to perform maintenance, assist the software users, and ensure customers’ satisfaction as well as perform any modifications that arise after the actual operating, free of charge during the first year warranty period.
  • Adding any software updates automatically without any additional cost in the first year of installation. Moreover, updates can be requested against a minimal price for the clients not willing to have yearly maintenance subscription.
