Providing support and assistance to the company’s employees and customers, specifically in technology issues, by identifying the causes, analyzing and addressing them.
Updating and developing the systems in use and keeping pace with all the latest technological advancements and updates in order to achieve the goals in accordance with the best international technologies used in this field.
Following up and maintain customers’ computers, preparing reports on maintenance operations with recommendations for possible solutions, responding to inquiries, preparing and conducting the necessary training for users on new systems or software and quickly responding to any problems that appear to the user.
