Cell phone is one of the most instant communication devices between people all over the world. These devices allow users to stay in constant contact with others through their various services, including voice calls, video calls, SMS messages, social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and others. Moreover, smart phone applications have become one of the best modern marketing tools that achieve the spread of the brand and growth of sale volumes and will lead to increase of profits. Nowadays, there is abundant flow of information and technical developments, most notably mobile phones that have spread among all segments of society. Famous mobile platforms helped developers publish easy applications for users and use many applications that support the internet, which makes mobile phones a huge force as gateways to the digital world. Smart phone is a term given to a class of modern mobile phones that use sophisticated operating systems such as Android and IOS, including iPhone and Samsung devices. Among what smart phones provide are the functions of portable media players, digital cameras, GPS, surfing the internet, synchronizing e-mail, and opening Office files. Smart phone applications are software solutions that aim to enhance the capabilities of the mobile phone so that it is more than just a device for sending text messages and making phone calls, rather a device to be used for multiple tasks. These applications are pre-installed on phones during manufacture or downloaded later, whether for a fee or for free by users from stores or software distribution platforms, such as Apple App Store for IOS operating systems applications or Google Play Store for Android. One of the advantages of using smart applications is that they are used in the context of e-government to file complaints, retrieve local data, and follow the news through social media such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Due to the importance of this activity, TLF management has worked on offering mobile phone applications that depend basically on the nature of the target commercial activity. These applications are designed to function with all mobile phones operating systems, including Android, IOS etc. Furthermore, TLF has hired a team of specialists in the field of designing and developing Android and IOS applications. The team works towards creating user friendly and attractive applications encouraging users to spread them. This is carried out by adherence to the following strategies:

  • Planning: through identifying the nature of the project and its purpose in order to set a proper work plan.
  • Search: TLF team contributes to studying the buying habits and needs of the target customers to develop an application that meets their expectations.
  • Ideas creation: after understanding the customers’ nature and needs, the team starts developing the design ideas suitable for this segment.
  • Prototype: in this stage ideas are turned into initial drawings and prototypes.
  • Prototypes testing: the prototype is inspected and tested to ensure prevention of technical issues, further; it is discussed with the customer.
  • Launching: the prototype is launched for usage on Google Play Store and Apple Store while following up and ensuring its availability for everyone.

In addition to the above, TLF has designed various applications on Google Play Store and Apple Store platforms, including:

  • AL-Wafi Legal Software, which comprise:
    • Al-Wafi Employees Application: this application is available on both Google Play Store and Apple Store to facilitate law practitioners works, such as law firms’ work. This is carried out by fast provision of client’s cases follow-up information and the court cases with TLF’s agents and remotely. Furthermore, legal tasks can be carried out through the application and employees can review cases statements remotely, whether for court or Experts sessions. Also, employees’ attendance can be tracked by identifying their locations on the map.
    • Al-Wafi Clients Application: this application is available on both Google Play Store and Apple Store. It offers the clients the ability to follow up on and review their cases and display their data, including the case subject, automated number, case number, circuit etc. Moreover, the client can follow up on dates and procedures of court and Expert sessions and judgments remotely.
  • Real Estate Application:

    the real estate application is available on both Google Play Store and Apple Store. It was designed with a view to facilitating real estate management, by allowing payment of rents for each lessee, registration of complaints and maintenance requests, complaints follow-up and repetition, providing of a statement capturing the delayed rents, unoccupied units and contracts’ expiration dates and sending periodical monthly rent payment reminders for lessees. This application serves the lessor and provides the same services to the lessee, as it provides him with the information he needs about occupied and unoccupied units. Among the features of the application is resolving the problems of monitoring rental payments by offering KNET service, which is featured by direct deposition of amounts into the concerned real estate company’s account.

Furthermore, TLF management was keen to have all its programs operating on mobile to ensure follow up and work continuity from anywhere the person in charge is located, whether an employee or an officer, all as per his access level.
